Right near the river in a quiet area.So,able to walk along, into the centre, with a beautiful view. Gorgeous room.Huge bed with top quality bedding.Very comfortable and luxurious.High standard of cleanliness. Easy to get to the train station, and all the attractions.Lovely staff.

The property was brilliant. Lovely hotel, pleasant and helpful staff and it was just a short tram ride or walk away from the city centre. The room was very spacious, clean and complete with all amenities.

The location is so convenient close to the river, city centre, shops, cafes and train station, SM Novella since I travelled in by train from Milan. It is also about 20 mins away from the international airport for my departure. Staff were helpful and made good recommendations for restaurants and cafes which the locals would patronize and not 'tourist traps', which was what I wanted. It had good toiletries, towels, bathrobes and slippers. Recommended and I will stay here again.

The very well-kept-up hotel. All staff greet you with a warm and friendly attitude. Everything is well cleaned, new furniture, functional and comprehensive type of bathroom, bed more comfortable bed, quality bedding, right mattress, spotlessly white clean bed linen, 2 different kind of pillows, coffee and tea sets and good quality brand of drinking water as a gift. The area is quiet, located in convenient distance to all points of interest

I would totally recommend this accommodation for a short visit in Firenze. The staff was very professional and replied to any queries in an instant. Quiet location and very close to the river which makes the main locations very accessible by walking distance. We had a beautiful stay :)

The hotel staff is very friendly. The service is top-notch. I was impressed by the attention to details: from the city map available at the reception to the in-room amenities. Great location (just 10-15 minutes to the city center).
