Room was spacious & clean & the property felt secure. Good breakfast delivered to the room. Located in a pleasant area about 20 mins walk to the cathedral.

This B&B on the top floor of a heritage building is located within a ten minute taxi ride from the main train station and is about a 15 minute walk from most major touristic sites in Florence. Fabio and Giulia are great hosts. They accommodated our late check-in, communicating regularly with us to ensure our arrival after reception hours went smoothly. They also assisted us in booking a taxi in advance for our return to the train station before dawn on the last day of our stay. Our room was spacious with beautiful high ceilings and the bed was comfortable. The TV had a Netflix subscription, which was a nice bonus. The mini-fridge had water bottles for 0.50 euros each, which is fairly priced. While the earliest they serve breakfast is 7:45am, the hosts were kind enough to deliver breakfast the evening on one occasion when we had an early start the following day for site seeing/tours. There are many excellent dining options nearby within a 5 minute walk.

Exceptionnally nice and arranging 2-person staff, nicely prepared room just as advertised with a nice view. We will definitely come back if we ever travel to Florence again.

Spacious comfortable room with high ceilings Good AC (38c in August) that doesn't blow straight at the bed A few decent restaurants nearby and lots within 10 minutes walk or so Breakfast tray/pastries really nice

The receptionist was kind. The bed was super comfortable. The room is quite spacious; it has a high ceiling and nice lighting. It takes fifteen minutes to get to the city centre for a walk. Next time we want to make a book the B&B again! :)
