NS66 “Very good, comfortable and hygienic stay”

I stayed at Old Florence for three nights last week. It was a very comfortable stay. Because the area surrounding had everything you needed, such as a busstop, a train station closeby, coffee bars, supermarkets. Also, there are some really good restaurants in the area to walk within 5 min. I was walking as a woman alone on this road at night time, without any fear. There are no dangerous people walking around or following you, which was for me very good. It's a very busy street, but because of the double glazing on the windows, the problem was fixed:)) Then the room was very clean. The accommodation has got also a small library, a sitting area and a chess playboard, to share with other hotel guests. A coffee machine was available as well for free. (With some really good coffee surprisingly). The hotel personnel were very kind. Florio helped me with the check-in procedure. I came here at 28th of Febraury, so the prices were really good. I paid for the room 290 euros. But I do not know what the situation will be in the summer. It was worth my money and time to spend my days here. Thank you very much!

Very strategic location. Beautiful hotel decorated with classic decoration. Near to the Santa Maria Novella church & train station & tramway. Walking distance to the Mercato & Duomo. Surrounded by F&B outlets.. Friendly and helpful staff especially Christine.

Just a walking distance to the train terminal. There is a lot of restaurant and beside there is a supermarket if needs to buy necessary items.

Very warm and inviting owner/manager. The same can be said for the interiors. Old timey pictures adorn the walls. Please write something nice in the Guestbook in the lobby.

Very close to train station metro etc. The surrounding has lot of restaurants / grocery. Just walking for sightseeing in Florence. It is just nearby the stay. Very kind host.

Super close to Firenze SMN so great for transfers. We booked it last minute and was comfortable and probably one of the better value places so soon to the check in date.
