I really appreciated the effort the staff went to accomodatinh my request for vegan breakfast items. The view from the rooftop is great and unmissable.

The staff are beyond kind and friendly, and even went out of their way to text me when I accidentally left behind my sunglasses in the room after checking out. The rooftop terrace offers a jaw-dropping stunning view, and the location could not be more perfect. The rooms were some of the nicest we stayed in during our Italy trip, and everything was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. We can't wait to come back to Florence and stay here again!

Great location in a cool building with antique lift. Spectacular terrace (bring your own drinks and food). We had the small economy room but it was absolutely great albeit small. Lovely furnishings, comfy bed et. staff polite and helpful. Very close to everything you want to see in Florence.

This place's location is insane, just on the Duomo square. You can't be closer to the center than this. View from the terrace is the best i had in my life. Also it's very clean, very good and friendly staff, i enjoyed my stay a lot. I would recommend to book 21m room to have good space for 2 people.

This is a beautiful B&B directly opposite the Duomo in the centre of Florence. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the accommodation is decorated to a high standard, the bed comfortable and there is air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning and it was delicious. But the real highlight of staying here is the view from the terrace. Wow!

We absolutely loved the location and the hospitality. One thing to note is that the cheaper double rooms are very small and there is a big difference in the superior. We paid for an upgrade and so glad we did. The room was beautiful and roomy, breakfast was generous and the views from the terrace are out of this world!

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was brilliant, particularly the warm welcome from Danielle. The location is fantastic and the rooftop terrace and views is incredible.
