I really liked the breakfast on the roof terrance. Spectacular view. Great central location right next to the Ponte Vecchio bridge.

The location is excellent, right at the foot of Ponte Vecchio. Considering the age of the building and being on the historical center, we had a nicely sized room. If you are a late sleeper or have an issue getting adjusted to the time difference, the room is quite noise isolated (it is a very busy area and we did not feel much noise) and the shades are quite good also. There is a very nice view from the terrace and restaurant areas as well a nice lobby/resting area on the first floor. The staff was very attentive and helpful as well.

The property is in a fantastic location, right at the end of Ponte Vecchio. The staff were accommodating and the room was a great size and catered to all our needs. The breakfast was nice.

A lovely hotel right in the heart of Florence. We booked last minute after a train delay left us stuck in Florence for the night. Great communication from the staff to help us find food for the evening. Happy to see a tv that had access to Netflix, after a stressful day!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and in 6 years it was nice to see it has stayed the same welcoming and friendly place. Its central location meant we could easily go out and come back to rest in peace and quiet away from the crowds, before wandering out again. Its simplicity and the smoothly run service were great. We ate in the restaurant one night. Amazing food from a simple menu, with some of the best roof top views over the city, served by super helpful staff, and it was peaceful but not too quiet
