Good communication before and during visit. Coffee, water and cake 24/7. Good restaurant recommendations. Both an easy walk away and both lovely food at reasonable prices. Lovely old building away from the crowds.

Great location, about 15 minutes away from the Uffizi and the center with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The apartment is lovely and the room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff was amazing and super nice, we received clear instructions for check in after hours and we could leave the bags after check out. Great place and great experience!

Clean, great breakfast, efficient service, friendly atmosphere. The breakfast included cereals, eggs, yoghurt, cakes, coffee and tea, juice, jams and butter, cold meats and cheese, croissants. Coffee and tea with cake were available all day which was really wonderful. Great location.

It was clean. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. The hostess was excellent. She was so helpful, accommodating, and very kind. Very pleasant.

I liked everything! The location was excellent, the rooms were big clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great and filling. I liked the coffee machine and cake that was available throughout the day.
