The owner of the property was extremely pleasant and welcoming . No continental breakfast was provided but there were small cakes and biscuits plus tea and coffee. The Dining room was shared

Great place to stay in Florence. Nice size room, bathroom adequate, nice shower. Free coffee, tea and water, snacks available all day. Communal fridge also available in main area. Hosts are lovely and helpful, we felt very welcomed. 1 person lift available, slow but it worked. Easy walking to sites in Florence or bus stop.

Such a cute space, hosts are very helpful and kind, walking distance to so many tourists highlights as well as food options that you can see the locals frequent as well as tourists. Easy to get to via bus from the station and if you like riding e-scooters you can park right out the front so it makes getting around very convenient. They provide a little tea, coffee and snacks section which is thoughtful.

very cozy room in beautiful apartment kind and helpful hosts, recommended great restaurants and made sure we know how to get around town air conditioning in the room was great very close to everything you could want to visit

Accommodation was in a great location only a short walk to almost all key Florence attractions. The room and shared area was of adequate size for a central location. The continental breakfast snacks and refreshments were a nice little touch to begin our day! There were also book for guests to enjoy relevant to the region.

This accommodation was only a short stroll to the major tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. Basic tea/coffee and cakes/biscuits provided for breakfast in a shared area. We were able to store our luggage at no additional charge.

Very cute and unique place! Also very kind and helpful host! We had a very good time in this hotel. Clean, comfortable and very quiet.. Within 10-15 minutes from main attractions. 20-25 minutes from train station, but there is a bus nearby.

Communication with owner was very easy and fast and she was super nice and accommodating, the place was clean and pretty, the bed was really comfortable and the unit had a/c and a beautiful view. The location was close to transit and walkable distance to the main sites in the historic area of the city.
