It was close to all attractions. Since we had a late flight, Matteo allowed us to leave our luggage at the property.

Rooms were basic but exactly what we needed it for. A good price for central Florence. Close to a well-priced parking garage too which made it convenient even for those with a car Matteo was communicative over WhatsApp but didn’t not meet him until we were walking out the building at check out. This did not cause any issues though. Breakfast was non-existent and it shouldn’t be considered a bonus/benefit. Very hot so the Aircon was definitely needed (which it had) Tiny European shower but did the trick.

The location is fantastic—everything was within walking distance. It’s also really close to the tram station, which made it super convenient to get to the B&B when I first arrived with my luggage. The host was incredibly kind, allowing me to check in early and storing my luggage after check-out. The entire experience was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I’d happily stay here again!

Clean, good sized room. Close to train terminal and bus interchange. ( location where bus tours depart from) Lots of food outlets nearby. Laundromat within easy walking distance. Walking distance to all main attractions. Lots of leather shops and markets in close proximity. Map of city provided on checkin.

This is the best B&B I've ever been to, with the best facilities and host. The cozy and cool accommodation gave us comfort, and the location is great, close to the station and the center of Florence. The breakfast was great, and the host's thoughtfulness was impressive. I hope more people will stay here. Thank you so much. I will stay here again.
