The hotel offers you a lovely, authentic, and very comfortable room, comfortable bed, you have coffee and small things in the kitchen. The bathroom is comfortable and has all the necessary things. The hotel manager, Elena, is extremely responsive and kind. My windows were facing the courtyard so it was very quiet in the evening - especially for such a touristy city as Florence it is important. Also location - close to the railway station and walking distance to the historic city center

Host has been extremely proactive and responds with speed. Location is outstanding and just outside the Tram station. Also, Railway station in very near. The rooms were very compact and kitchen was functional and all accessories included. Entry into and outside was a breeze. Highly recommend this premises
