Absolutely fantastic. I wouldn’t change anything in this place. It has a wonderful vibe, delicious food, clean rooms, super kind staff and a free shuttle that is taking you to the city. Highly recommend.

We wanted to stay in an Italian Villa and the hotel is just that. Lovely large room with a window that overlooked the fountain lawn. The bathroom was not large but functional. Breakfast had a good selection including fresh made juices. The automatic coffee machine did a good job as well. The hotel is a distance from the city centre - we didn't walk from the hotel but rather opted for the shuttle which was available during certain time on call with the last pick at 8pm. There are 2 drop off/pick up the second being the closest to the city about 15min walk. The hotel restaurant was recommended to us by some other guest but we didn't try it opting to discover the local places near the drop off. The staff were very engaged and aways helpful.

This place exceeded expectations. It was the perfect getaway location. Emaculant Gardens, beautiful villa with friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff are very respectful and professional, especially Sarah, who was helpful and elegant in dealing with her and had a smile that makes you proud that you chose to stay in this hotel. She speaks three or more languages. She gave us beautiful tips about the city that truly reflect the meaning of beautiful hospitality. It will always be my first choice in Florence.

Stunning setting offering an authentic Tuscan stay. Set on a stunning family owned olive grove. The restaurant on site served us the best meals we had whilst in Florence. Staff were incredibly friendly and only to happy to assist in anything you need.
