Great family apartment. Good air-conditioning and comfortable beds. Easy check in. There is a lift up to the floor Apollo Guesthouse is on, but if you have the family apartment we had, there are two flights of narrow stairs to reach the room. Not a problem for us. We just carried the luggage up, but could prove difficult for others. We left our luggage to explore Florence a bit after check out. No problems, although we felt a bit funny leaving it in the corridor. Very close to the train station, which is great. You don't have to go far with your luggage.
