Location was brilliant. We love Santa Spirito and we were one block away from our favorite places. It was quiet, clean and overall met our needs.

Very comfortable bed and the host was very kind. They provided restaurant recommendations which were very good and the location is convenient (15 minute walk to the other side of the river) and also frequent bus transport around the city. They provided us with a welcome basket of snacks and water which were tasty also.

The owner and staff were very kind and ready to help. Very good communication, they gave all details. Very clean. Simple and clean. Very good position - 20 minutes walk from railway station, few minutes from the center, 2 minutes from Boboli Gardens. A lot of restaurants and cofee/getalo posibilities nearby. Very good access to and inside the buiding.

The location is amazing, you can walk anywhere in Florence center. In the neighbourhood you have restaurants, bars, bakery, shops... you name it. The room was nice and the bed super comfortable. I would definitely recomend this place.

Great place in Oltrarno, nice and approachable host, very kindly allowed for my luggage to be stored until early evening. Defo recommended!

The host is very caring and attentive!! The neighborhood of the hotel is very quiet and we felt safe at night too. Even if it’s not situated in the very city center, everything is in easy walking distance. You can even find lots of hidden gem cafes, bars, breakfast places, gelateria nearby in the small lanes, away from tourists, queues or crowds! Flexible check-in and free luggage storage after check-out are big bonus!! The small snack offered every day is also a very sweet gesture of the host :)

Our host was very helpful! He was at the building each morning and available to offer advice and check on our stay. The location was excellent as well!
