The room was nicely decorated and presented with plenty of natural light and the bed was comfortable. Once I'd negotiated the main road in front of the building it was a simple walk into the historic centre of Florence.

The location was very convenient, close to the train station, and we were able to walk to the city center easily every day. We appreciated the free snacks in our room, as well as the bottled water, tea, and coffee available in the common kitchen. The lady who checked us in was polite and very helpful.

The host was friendly and welcoming. There was free bottled water and snacks. Bus stops nearby but you will have to jaywalk all the time because of bad design of roads. Detailed instructions for self check in.

Very nice little apartment, and convenient location, good communication with Marisa , the place was very clean and quiet at night, beds comfortable and some snacks left in the room .

*The location was central if you are using the train station. The main attractions were in 20 min walking distance max. *The AC was heavenly! The weather was very hot, so having a decently working AC was really good. *The check-in process was easy. *The host is very easy to reach and communicate with and provided support anytime we needed. *The common kitchen had all the kitchenware and a coffee machine available to use.

The location of this B&B is good. We walked about 15-20 mins to get to the center of Florance. It is about 10 mins to the main train station. The room was clean, and has basic facilities including air-con, tv
