We stayed at the apartment for a month and the property was spacious, it had a lovely comfortable bed and a big shower. The kitchen was good for cooking basic meals with a large fridge freezer, oven and hob. It had its own washing machine and was provided with a large drying rack which was really useful. The location was excellent with a short walk past San Frediano church to the side of the Arno river, 15 minute walk to the station and about 20 minutes to the heart of Florence. There are two excellent express supermarkets within a 10 minute walk of the property and daily markets at piazza Santo Spirito and well as many others in and around the area. A vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of life that feels very safe.
