Collection of the property keys was very easy. Detailed instructions, including the video how to open the door, were sent on the mobile phone on the day of arrival. The front door is opened by the host remotely and the instructions to get in the apartment were provided by the phone. It was very comfortable, easy to operate and user-friendly. The location is perfect, Uffizi gallery is in 2-5 minutes' walk, as well as the Duomo and Piazza Della Signoria. The hosts are very attentive and welcoming. We found a bottle of perfect Chianti as a welcome gift. There is a book (Black Book) of detailed instructions and recommendations in the apartment that is very helpful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had a question or needed advise. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need during your stay. It has a nice balcony with a fantastic view on the river where you can sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. I highly recommend this apartment.

The location of the apartment is superior, located by the river in the city center, with a walking range to any scenic spot. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the train station, which is very convenient! The apartment room is very large, and each room is equipped with a separate bathroom and shower, which is very comfortable! The kitchen facilities are complete, but there are no supermarkets around! The apartment has a large balcony with a river view, very comfortable! There is a luggage storage cabinet near the apartment that requires payment. The price is not cheap, but it is very convenient!
