Breakfast was good! The location is amazing. The whole hotel is like a piece of art. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed in heaven.....Hell looked a bit scary haha.

We loved the design of the hotel and how it was themed after the Divine Comedy, I particularly enjoyed the recordings in the hallway reading it, I thought it was such a thoughtful detail! The overall interior design in the room and in the hotel was so cool, we had a heaven room and it was great - I'd love to see a hell room next time! The location and the parking were also great (the parking a little bit on the pricey side) but it was super central which was ideal. We were travelling with a dog and we found a dog bed in the room which was really nice!

Love the atmosphere, the location and the design is fantastic! We use the gym a lot and it was superb, great addition to the overall facilities. The staff was super friendly and always keen to help, very attractive.

The room and the hotel are just as expected. The hygiene is top-notch, and the beds are comfortable. Great location 10 walk minutes to the man train station and man spots of the city

Fun, welcoming, clean, positive vibes, kind staff, flexibility. I was really taken care of! It was my third time at the hotel, I took part in the Florence Marathon this year. (Perfect for all marathoners to stay!) Mary was an angel along with Lorenzo, Olga, I was helped in so many ways from being able to check in earlier as my room was fortunately ready. I was super tired and that super kind gesture without me requesting went a long way. Being allowed to use the shower next to the gym after checkout was any marathoner’s dream (super grateful) and hairdryer (so I didn’t get ill) I will definitely be back again for another race or stay and highly recommend other friends. The location is also perfect. This year I stayed in Heaven 🫶🏼 Thank you very much to all the staff that made it memorable and for your hospitality and flexibility! Special thanks to the staff members who facilitated the hairdryer and brought it to me🫶🏼

This is a fantastic hotel with several amenities and excellent staff. Our stay was extremely pleasant. The rooms are funky, though may not be in everyone's taste, whilst the various bars, restaurant and other locations in the hotel guarantee a memorable stay. Very well located as well, close to the Duomo and the train station.
