The staff were wonderful... friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept. They did well in trying to make it homey. Healthier breakfast options would be nice but the breakfasts were plentiful. The pizza night was a nice touch as well.

Nice Spaceous Room with a King Size Bed and Kitchenette. Lots of Towels. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will use again, if we are in Florence, Ky.

This hotel provided a mini suite with full kitchen. It was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd stay again.

We used this hotel to stay at a transit stop on a road trip. Probably family owned, so it was very homey and lovely. The room had a medium refrigerator, microwave, cook stove, dishwasher, and a set of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We stayed with our children, ages 3 and 1. The room was very clean and linens were provided for the four of us. There was a handwritten welcome message and popcorn in the room. It was a nice hospitality. Breakfast included cereal, bagels, English muffins, pancakes, yogurt, snack bar, fruit, boiled eggs, etc. Beverages are coffee, tea, milk, and apple juice. There was always a staff member in the breakfast area at all times to quickly replenish any out-of-stock food items and to quickly clean up any dirty areas. It was a very pleasant breakfast experience, thank you.

Excellent value for money with a spacious room, full kitchen, really nice shower. Central location for visiting the creation museum, Ark and Cincinnati Zoo.

Staff were really friendly and happy to assist. Room was spacious and loved having the kitchen facilities even though we did not make use of them on this trip. Beds were comfortable. Really nice shower in the bathroom. Lots of restaurants in easy distance

The staff is accommodating and incredibly kind. Unfortunately, we had a slight run in with an aggressive pet that another family had brought. The pool area was a tad tun down.
