Outstanding, loved our 4 night stay. We were upgraded to huge suite with 2 balconies directly overlooking the ocean. The staff are all so helpful, they go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The service is amazing. The food is excellent. Best of all the location is perfect. Wish we booked a longer stay.

The staff were exceptional and so welcoming, as other reviewers have said it is the staff that make the hotel memorable. They go above and beyond to ensure each guest is happy. The sea view is also absolutely stunning and we definitely recommend having both breakfast and dinner there. We also loved how the hotel felt cosy and it was easy to get around. Some people have said that the rooms are a bit dated- this may be the case compared with other luxury hotels however the sand suites rooms are clean and well maintained, and I would say that the design fits the island vibe nicely.

Sands Suites Resort and Spa blew us away with how amazing our stay here was. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the attention to detail and care for customers was above and beyond. Staff would set your towels up for you on your sun bed in the morning, come around to clean your sunglasses, offer you a five minute massage by the pool, and we’d go away for an hour and come back to our water bottles in an ice bucket etc. The rooms were beautiful - cleaned about 3 times a day, mini fridge prices reasonable and restocked daily. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the pool never felt too busy. Activities on offer (SUP, kayak, snorkelling etc) were great and well organised. We also used the gym 3 times and it was nicely air conditioned. We had massages which were lovely and the spa and sauna area are free to use. On our check out day we were allowed to use all the facilities until our taxi came at 5:45 and they even booked us a shower room at 5pm where we were provided with towels and a lovely private space to get ready for our flight home. Everything felt like great value for money. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. Massive thank you to all staff for how well we were looked after.

Restaurants - food was good. Beach - looked nice and clean. Room - comfortable. Aircon a bit noisy - luckily being winter we could open the door and the aircon switched off. Concierge - good advice and help.

We had a phenomenal time. My partner and I spent 6 days at Sand Suites Resort and every day was awesome. The food is great and the chef made us masala chai every morning at breakfast. I celebrated my birthday during my stay and the staff went out of their way to make the day special. The suites are comfortable and beautifully furnished . It was a lovely, lovely birthday holiday and I’m glad we chose Sand Suites for our stay.

Good resort in Flic en Flac with a lot of activities like water sports (kayak, water ski and snorkelling) and big comfortable rooms with a premium look. We booked an extra massage at the spa, which was great. The food is very varied and tasty, changing - at least partially - every day. We enjoyed relaxing dinners right by the beach every night. The staff is very attentive and welcoming.
