The apartment was very spacious (3 floors) and allowed for personal space. It was like a home from home with added security of gated entry. With only 2 other apartments in complex (unused villa at end during our time of stay) it provided peace and privacy. Met the new owner who checked us out - has great ideas for the future and wish him every success.

The Anaya Residence exceeded our expectations! The house is huge with a beautiful Master bedroom and bathroom and the kitchen was extremely nice with a lot of utensils, even a microwave, water cooker and toaster. The whole house is very new and modern and it was always clean as the cleaning staff passed by every day. Furthermore, we really appreciated the vicinity to the beautiful Flic en Flac beach and to a lot of food shacks and great restaurants. Also the communication with Ben was great and Nathalie who gave us the key was lovely! All in all we have nothing to complain about and were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Amazing location; very close to the beach. Away from the night clubs and center, but still very close and within easy walking distance. The beach front is very welcoming and has a recreational park area for picnics and where locals gather on weekends. The whole area has a good family atmosphere. There's plenty of shade in the park to retreat to on hot, sunny days. The beach is west-facing; we saw some amazing sunsets. There are plenty of options for eating out nearby - whether you fancy restaurants or beach shacks or fast food. Jumbo supermarket is about 10-15 minutes walk and carries all the necessary items. Cascavelle Shopping Mall is a bigger mall with a large supermarket, easy to get to by public bus from just outside the residence. (The buses are cheap to use!) Ben, the host, was very responsive to any queries and did his best to make this a pleasant stay. Staff at the location were cheerful and pleasant and also provided us with plenty of answers about the local area and shops. Public transport (buses) are plentiful and cheap to use and easy to hope on and off from just outside the residence.

24 hour security on site. Kindly made arrangements so we could check out late for an evening flight. Close to beach and restaurants.
