The owner working at the reception was really nice and helpful. I forgot a watch in the room and he personally went through trouble to help ship it to me which I really appreciated. The room had everything you need and the motel is in an ideal location close to the charming downtown area of Flagstaff. Very happy with our stay!

Was very clean. Was cozy in winter. Full range of channels on tv. Staff were excellent! Heaps of parking. Desk, mini fridge, table, tv, microwave. Room 109 must’ve been newly renovated.

Cheapest in town, easy to find. Staffed by humans. Everything is in the context that it was pretty cheap, and comfy enough, and no security issues, so no complaints.

Very easy going and nice staff, always available for questions and help. The location is also perfect, as you can reach downtown by walking in just 5-7 minutes (pubs, breweries, so no car required)

It was a quiet location. Did not smell funky when you 1st walked in. Heater seemed to work fine. Good location. Owner at front desk. Super nice guy. I was asking him all kinds of questions about what it is like running a motel like this. He answered what I was asking. Good Ice machine
