The room is huge, lot of equipments, beds are confortable. One of my best experience in an hotel in USA.

The room was fine, and the bed was large and comfortable. The restaurant was good and the service was friendly and efficient. The car park was big with easy access to the rooms.

We loved the whole feel of the hotel and our room. Very nicely furnished and comfortable. Were lucky enough to experience the christmas lights. Took 6 men 2 months to install. Did the one mile trail behind the hotel in the Ponderosa pine forest. There was an annoying noise in our room but they sent maintenance within 5 minutes and he went in the roof and fixed it very quickly. Faulty fan. Good price. Quiet.

Beautiful hotel and we were blown away by the fantastic room. Walked the hiking trail in the morning and would have loved to have used the pool but the weather was too cold. Very convenient to have a gift shop on site that sold postcard stamps and there was a lot of parking. Close to many restaurants.

The hotel and the room are beautifully designed. Very luxurious feel to it. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. We liked the complementary transfer to our car hire pick up point.

The hotel is super easy to locate, being just off the freeway but once on site this proximity isn't a problem and we weren't away of any traffic noise. The grounds are quite extensive and nicely wooded. Check in and out was easy. The restaurant is very good and service excellent - we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel throughout our stay and were more than satisfied.
