Clean comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money. 10/15 minutes walk from town. If you're looking for a budget hotel for a couple of nights I would highly recommend

Good value, clean, well-located. Nice hot shower with bathtub, decent shampoo and conditioner. Bed is comfortable. An organic supermarket across the road and a coffee place, Matador, just next to it. Short walk to the train and bus station.

The motel is clean and very well organised, which is reflected in the cleanliness of the rooms. It is also conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Flagstaff and most of the city's amenities. We appreciated the availability of a laundry on site. The staff was professional.

Clean room, staff was nice and helpful, great location - just a few minutes' walk from downtown and the train station. Washing machines available for guest use.

We had an amazing night of sleep. Even when it is a basic accommodation, it felt like a hotel with a coffee machine, lots of towels and toiletries. Very clean and not noisy at all (either from guests or the road). Very easy access from downtown/the Amtrak station. The family managing it are super kind as well! We will be back if we ever pass through Flagstaff again.
