The comfort of the beds, all facilities available were sufficient and allowed for some degree of independence (microwave, coffee and fridge). Staff at check-in was brilliant and helpful. The thoughtfulness of putting the room heater on so it was cosy and warm when we arrived was appreciated. Being foreigners not accustomed to snow, it was exciting to see snow falling and we got some helpful hints and tips to tackle our journey back to Vegas on the I40 and in general. Would like to have experienced it longer.

Warm, clean room with everything you need. Close to shops, bars and restaurants, in walking distance of all the old town attractions and close to bus stop.

Good sized room with everything you need. The shower has hot water and everything works. it is close to shops bars and restaurants and in walking distance to attractions.

Nice spacious clean room....friendly helpful receptionist who as a good selection of US/UK plugs (as we had lost ours).....20 minutes walk to centre.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was big and the bed very comfortable. Very clean and there was a relatively big fridge and a coffeemaker available
