Amazing location! We had a villa with chalk sound view and a small swimming pool also with chalk sound view. Every morning we used the sea kayaks which were free for guests. Nice restaurant with great view - price is average for the islands but the portions were fair and quality of food good. Older interior but it was clean and super cute - had a nice island vibe to it compared to a minimalistic hotel. Had a washing machine and dryer - and fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer. I would recommend a rental car to get around - but it’s two minutes from the beach where two locals have beach bars. Even the property has a small private beach on the chalk sounds with comfy beach chairs Close to supermarket and also Omar’s restaurant on another beach to the south. Nice and clean !

Good sized villa with a private deck and pool and own hammock which was facing the ocean. Great to relax in. Also had a deck in the bedroom area Close to multiple beaches - Sapodilla (my favorite) and Taylor bay Good restaurant on site Would highly recommend the pontoon boat tour that they offer. It was a great experience and the captain was very knowledgeable and made it fun.

The house in itself was nice and roomy with nice views . You must have a car as it’s not near much. Tayler beech is amazing but Zapridilla beach is full of jet skiers and a make shift pop up bar.

Lovely secluded outdoor area with reasonably sized private pool and cobft hammock. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

Excellent value for money, sandwiched between the chalk sound and sapodilla beach, it is a fantastic option. A rent a car is mandated if you intend to stay at this property as there isnt much around the property. The Las brisas restaurant on premises offers a good array of delicious food and is reasonably priced too. The conch bisque was the best we had on the island. The little plunge pool in the villa was a kids magnet, although mine are a lot older. We stayed at another property on Grace bay for 3 days as part of the trip. Neptune offered us a bigger and more comfortable accommodation for a third of the price.

The quality of the accommodation was excellent with large bedrooms, huge comfortable beds, high ceilings and very effective air con. We also loved our verandah with hammock over looking chalk sound.

Our Villa was so wonderful. We were impressed with everything they had to offer. The deck was great and wonderful morning and evening views. Coffee on the deck in the morning was delightful. Washer and Dryer was a bonus!

Exactly as advertised. Off the beaten path, but that’s what we signed-up for, and with a rental car, it was no issue. Loved our private plunge pool and proximity to our favourite beach (Taylor Bay).
