Being met at the airport and taken to the airport the following morning. Room was very comfortable and newly renovated. Federico was very helpful in the evening when he realized that all the nearby restaurants were closed and drove me around looking for somewhere open.

Communication, Federico contacted me the day before of the arrival giving all the info needed. The room was big and very clean, Quite and with a garden view.

Federico was a great host. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and train station for only 30 euros (RT). The room met our needs and was very clean and quiet. We could have not asked for more. Paul

The pickup from the airport went smoothly and the property is only a 10 minute drive away. The room was clean and comfy...a bed and a separate divan, with a spotlessly clean bathroom with shampoos etc. The accommodation is only a 2 minute walk away from the local sports club which stays open late and has an extensive meal/snack selection. The morning breakfast on offer was fine. This is a perfect location which is very reasonably priced especially if you need to get to the airport quickly the next day instead of taking the long trip to central Rome and then having to return to the airport.

Lovely room - nice size, comfortable, nice deco, comfy bed. The outdoor area was beautiful. Helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole accommodation and room.

A great stay at Villa Rosita. Federico was a lovely host. We arranged for a shuttle pickup at the airport, and even though we were late, due to BA losing our hand luggage; and it was past midnight, he was still there to pick us up.

Very well located for a first night near the airport. Federico went out of his way to assist us. We arrived very late because of delayed flights but he was ready for us around midnight when we arrived. He even drove us back to the airport in the morning free of charge to pick up our rental. Would love to stay there again.
