The apartment is wonderful, but the real magic is the veranda that opens directly onto the beach. At sunset, the view is simply spectacular, with colors that look like they were painted in the sky. We spent unforgettable evening sipping wine to the sound of the waves. It’s not often you have a practically private beach just a few steps from your door. A unique experience that won us over!

Our one-night stay at Daniela’s apartment was the perfect way to end our 15-day journey through Italy before flying back home to Hong Kong. The apartment is not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, which was much appreciated after so much travel. Our two children loved the special snacks Daniela prepared for them, and the memory foam beds gave us all the restful night’s sleep we needed before our long flight. The location is ideal—right by the beach, providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere for our family. Daniela went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including a delicious homemade lasagna waiting for us upon arrival. The kids especially enjoyed dining on the veranda, with the sea view as the perfect backdrop for our last Italian meal. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Daniela’s warm hospitality made us feel completely at home, even after just one night. She also helped us arrange an early morning transfer to the airport, making our departure stress-free. My husband and I spent just one night at Daniela’s beautiful beachfront apartment, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Daniela welcomed us like family, instantly making us feel at home. The apartment is pristine, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every comfort you could imagine. The view from the veranda overlooking the beach is breathtaking – a little slice of paradise where we could relax to the sound of the waves. Daniela has truly thought of everything: a fully stocked kitchen with snacks, drinks, and even a delicious homemade lasagna that greeted us when we arrived late. Every detail in the apartment shows the love and care she puts into hosting: the bed was super comfortable with a memory foam mattress, the bathroom was fully equipped with high-quality toiletries, and we found a variety of coffees and teas to enjoy. I was really happy to find the washing machine, new, sleek, and professional... everything was there, including the liquid laundry detergent. Every corner of the apartment is designed for luxury and relaxation. The location couldn’t be better – just steps from the beach and close enough to Rome for a quick trip, making it ideal for a romantic getaway or for anyone wanting to explore the city while having a peaceful retreat. The private parking and fast Wi-Fi were an added bonus that made our stay even more convenient. I stayed just one night at Daniela's beautiful beachfront apartment, and it was an experience I will never forget! From the moment I arrived, Daniela made me feel so welcome and at home. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special. The highlight was the spacious veranda overlooking the sea, where I spent the evening relaxing with a cup of tea, listening to the sound of the waves. 🌊☕ Daniela's hospitality was above and beyond! She even surprised me with a delicious homemade lasagna and treats that made me feel like a cherished guest. 🥰🍝 The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially with the memory foam mattress, and I woke up feeling refreshed, with the sound of the ocean as my morning alarm. Daniela’s apartment was ideally located, just a 10 minute drive from the airport, making it perfect as somewhere to stay on arrival in Rome or before leaving. Having said that, with the beach only a few meters away, and Rome city not too far, you could easily stay longer. The apartment itself is impeccable in every way. You can’t ask for more! But what makes it even more special is Daniela herself. This is not just a holiday rental to her…what she offers is a home away from home. Every detail is provided with love and care, and Daniela truly wants her guests to relax and feel spoilt. And the lasagne she provided on our late arrival, when we were exhausted after a long day of travel, was not only thoughtful but delicious! You can’t go wrong booking this apartment, complete with an outdoor terrace, snacks, breakfast supplies, toiletries and more. Perfection!

I am an international model, and I found myself having to layover for a night in Fiumicini before heading off to New York the next day. I was looking for the best apartment in the area to spend the night in maximum comfort and relaxation for myself and my agent. Finding Daniela’s apartment was the best thing that could have happened to me in Fiumicini. Daniela is an extraordinary host, full of care, and made us feel truly pampered. The apartment is very elegant and equipped with every imaginable comfort, exactly as described in the photos. The supply of food and drinks exceeds every expectation, as is fitting for an apartment of this class level. But the biggest surprise was Daniela, who personally greeted us upon arrival with a tray of delicious homemade "caneloni with ragù"! This gesture really touched us. The perfect location, the warm welcome, the impeccable air conditioning, and the excellent amenities made this one-night experience one of the best I’ve ever had, even though I am constantly traveling around the world for work. Daniela thought of every detail, making us feel truly at home. On my next layover in Rome, I will definitely visit my friend Daniela again ❤️... Thank you for this wonderful evening!

We stayed one night at Daniela's apartment, and I can only confirm all the enthusiastic reviews I've read. Daniela is an extraordinary host, warm and thoughtful, with a level of hospitality that all others should strive to reach. The standard that Daniela has set for hospitality makes it impossible to compare her to any other host... I don't think anyone else could ever make us feel so pampered and cared for. The apartment is impeccable, elegant, and equipped with every imaginable comfort, just as described in the photos. Upon our arrival, we found every type of drink and snack possible: Water, Beer, Wine, Prosecco, Coke, Fruit Juices, sweet and salty snacks, crackers, pretzels, various types of Corn Flakes, plenty of Kinder snacks, Nutella, and a Nespresso machine with a variety of capsules, from Illy coffee to ginseng and barley. I believe that just the food and drinks in the apartment were worth well over 150 dollars, all completely free for us to enjoy! As if that wasn't enough, Daniela personally welcomed us with a tray of delicious homemade Italian pasta, still warm! It was a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. The cooling system works perfectly and within moments the house was refreshingly cool, even though it was nearly 40 degrees outside. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were double pillows for each of us, just as we like. The bathroom not only had a courtesy kit but also everything you could think of, including a delightful body cream. The professional-quality hairdryer and straightener were a very pleasant surprise. Daniela has thought of every detail, making us feel at home. Whatever you might desire in an apartment, she has already thought of it! Her hospitality and dedication made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We can't wait to return!
