The location is very convenient to the airport and to restaurants. Nice quiet town and very pretty with Christmas lights. The landlord is also very prompt in replying messages and efficient in providing the necessary service.

Close to the beach, city centre and buses to the Fiumicino Airport. Easy to get in. Perfect for a night before flight. Comfy, cosy room.

It was a really short stay. Just an overnight to catch a bus to Bari. All I can say, room was clean and service very good.

I liked that there was even an option of making a coffee or tea. Loved the fridge. The other guest respected the rules. The location was very pleasant - super close to beach and grocery stores. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet and nice.

Good place to stay if you have an early flight from the FCO airport. The room was big enough, with private bathroom. The kitchen is a common place with water dispenser, fridge and coffee. All is clean and well equipped.

The place is very nice, clean and convenient. A lovely range of breakfast stuff was left in the communal area. Coffee, milk, butter and pastries. Amazing! Beds are super comfortable, the toilets very clean!
