it is a small B&B located close to the airport so it is perfect for one night before flying. the host was incredible and invested in both the big things and the small things in the room . the room was super clean and comfy. we did not eat breakfast due to an early flight. highly recommended !!

Hospitality is a top noch! Great bathroom, big and clean. Best coffee from a machine. really great! Enjoyed it on the balcony wuth great peaceful garden.

The night I arrived there was a little difficulty with the pickup, but my hostess was pending the whole while to be sure that my connection was made....and then when I arrived later than expected and hungry, she treated me to a wonderful pasta dinner with a glass of wine. That was so thoughtful and extra!!!

The location is excellent 9 minutes from the airport. Monica welcomed us in a warm and friendly manner. We left early in the morning and to our delight a food bag with sandwiches and drinks was waiting for us.

This place is so charming! Location is perfect, close to the airport. Our room (red one) was very spacious and clean! Monica is a super host, she goes above and beyond to accommodate your request! 10/10 Easy communication through booking.com They also offer transfer services to/from the airport with a very reasonable price. Taxis are very expensive

EVERYTHING. Wonderful B&B property in Fiumicino, very very close to the airport - it was the best decision to spend the night here instead of waiting at the airport. My room was lovely, clean, spacious - the bed and pillows were so cozy. The living area was so pretty and well-equipped and the host made special touches to make it feel like my home too. Breakfast and drinks choices were superb! But what I absolutely loved about the place were the hosts who were so helpful and thoughtful and kind. They have certainly put extra effort to make guests feel comfrotable and welcome. I really appreciated as well the shuttle service to and from their place, even when I had some airport delays. I had a good end of my Italian trip because of the host family. I highly recommend this place! I would visit again when I'm back in Rome.

everything perfect...just ten minutes frpm the airport, quiet room on a peaceful location...breakfast more than satisfying, free coffee and awesome room with all facilities, cleanliness and confort
