Comfy clean bed, super quiet, sparkling clean bathroom, great kitchen facilities, complimentary tea/coffee, biscuits, croissants, lollies, milk. Great security felt safe . Excellent communication with owner throughout my stay . Airport pickup super efficient. Fabrizio was so professional !!!

It's near the airport, 10-15 minutes. The host is very quick to react and accomodating, provides transportation cheaper than Uber/Taxi. Coffee and a small breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Definetly worth the price.

Good location from The airport...The room has good size...bed was comfortable and we didnt have noise. It has airco. Fabrizio drove us from and to the airport...super nice and helped us a lot!

First- if they offer you a shuttle service from Rome Central Station to the hotel, do it. A taxi/uber etc is far more expensive. Second, I considered this trip very utilitarian...took a late train from Puglia up to Rome, had an early flight to Istanbul in the morning. HOWEVER, after talking to the uber driver, I want to come back to "the seaside" as he called it and check it out. Obviously totally different than Rome, but sounds great. Facilities: They are a bit tired for US standards but if you want US...well, go back to the US. This is a small place, a bit out of the way, with VERY nice people working there and a very conenient location to the airport. I'd definitely stay again.
