The property was incredibly clean, peaceful, and comfortable. It was close to a supermarket and restaurants, and a short bus ride/ taxi ride away from the airport. There was a wide selection for breakfast, and my host could not have been more helpful. I loved my stay!

Room was beautiful. Carefully and luxuriously appointed. Bed very comfortable. Warm and inviting. Breakfast amazing. Coffee machine fridge and milk in breakfast room, kettle, tea and coffee in bedroom. Everything you need is provided. Our host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful - meet us in the rain off the bus from the airport and booked us a dinner reservation.

A perfect place for us to spend the night after the flight. Super comfortable bed and absolutely clean place. Totally quiet. The owner was very helpful and recommended us a great restaurant. We would definitely come again.

The Landlady was wonderful. She did pick me up from the Airport for a small fee amd drove me to the beach and back to the airport. The room is absolutely adorable and the whole house and patio was charming. I would have liked to stay longer.

Ketty was a superb host providing everything you needed with charm and ease. She was very helpful on our last morning taking us to the bus stop making a long trip home a little easier.

Everything was perfect. I'm rarely giving 10/10 but this lovely place deserves it all. It Is located 8-10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from nuova fiera di Roma. Outstanding cleanliness, elegant furniture, delicious breakfast with a homemade cake.

Well, I have travelled a lot. Never have I experienced a more hospitable host, Ketty was beyond accommodating. A veritable treasure. The room was spotless. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighbourhood. Trattoria across the road was fab. Supermarket within 5 mins walk. Ketty was a mindful of information. Truly excellent. If I could give this B&B an 11, I would!
