The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming , especially Maria , and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I loved the convenient location close to major attractions and pubs.

Modern and clean place with just 3 minitues walk to the center of the town. Lady at the reception she was really helpful providing us with the information. You can park your car just across the road otherwise there is plenty of parking around.

The location was very nice and strategic in the heart of Fira but away from the crowds and close to an amazing view where we used to admire the sunrise and the sunset. But the real added value of Villa Soula is an amazing multi-tasking and English speaking receptionist named Maria ( I think her full name was Maria Darzenta) with extraordinary good manners and attention to the details. I arrived in October and she remembered that in March I mentioned I was going to celebrate my birthday in Santorini so I asked for not bad surprises during g my staying because every time I came to Santorini in the past I always received in other hotels, rooms that I never booked or paid for with a huge disappointment. This is the first time I received the room with balcony that I booked and beautiful birthday letter from the staff, balloons and chocolate as a welcome. I will never forget it. Thank you very much for all.

The room was very well equipped and the bed was excellent. The location is unbeatable, just one block away from pedestrian walkways and restaurants.

We arrived after midnight which caused to check in after the operating hours of reception. However the staff was so kind to take necessary actions and inform us how we can find our room with no problem.

reception were really helpful and personable. the rooms were cleaned daily and there was a lovely quiet balcony area. The rooftop and pool were lovely areas to relax and really close to everything in town and the bus station but quiet at night. I would stay again.
