Clean, tidy room which is fully equipped. Nice and helpful staff. Able to leave luggage before check-in. Very quiet area with a pool and comfortable beds.

A hidden gem in Fira away from the crowds. Stunning sunrise views! Highly recommend "Bohemia" Cafe for breakfast with the best latte coffee on the main road close by. Friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms.

The lady in reception were super sweet and helpful, and couldn't do enough to help. The place looks much better than the photos, we only stayed one night, but would happily have stayed much longer, as the location is great and they have a small pool outside in the sun. Very comfy rooms and bed. Really good value for money.

Location: Short walk to the main tourist area or to the bus stop to see the rest of the island. View: Not the cliff face of Fira, but a beautiful view the other way over the sea. Facilities: Clean, comfortable and the best shower ever. Value for money: I guess because it is not overlooking the cliff face, it was very good value.

Sofia was lovely & very helpful. We got an upgrade to a room with a balcony upon arrival. Rooms & bathroom were spotless & modern as per pictures. Pool was very clean, it is small but no different to other hotels considering location. Location is very central but just far enough away from the town centre, which meant it was very quiet. Not a fault of the hotel but be prepared for steps when considering luggage etc. but again the same everywhere in Fira I would imagine.
