The warm welcome and early check in . My room was comfortable and clean, a terrace with table and chairs . Convenient to hang a few pieces of laundry. The receptionist Shpresa was such a helpful person. Suggested a day tour which was amazing and good value .

really central location, outside space for drying washing / rail attached to walk, friendly staff, felt safe as female traveller, shower facilities before a late flight and most of all clean and large fridge. coffee in the room and plenty places nearby for breakfast / dinner

Everything! Great location, within minutes walk of the centre of Fira. A beautiful room with outdoor area, the bed was made beautifully everyday and was spotless. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly but I’d like to especially mention Shpresa who is just the loveliest, most helpful, welcoming person we’ve ever met, wherever we’ve stayed. A taxi was arranged to pick us up to take us back to the airport without any fuss and our driver was very friendly also. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Good location, close to the center of Fira and the bus station. Kettle and free coffee and tea in the room. The staff was very nice, suggested places to visit
