The room was perfect, comfortable, clean and more than we hoped for. Breakfast included was delicious, good choices and wonderful service. The maid found my earring and kept our room so tidy and comfortable. When we left, our suitcases were carried to the top which was so appreciated. All the staff were helpful. Friendly and caring.

The hotel has very central location and spectacular views to the caldera. Our inbound transfer from the harbor and outbound to the airport was flawless and easy. Breakfest is high quality and stuff was very helpful.

Our room was on the pool level with unobstructed view of the caldera and volcano. The bar/restaurant was on this level too. Watched the sunset from there, the passing ships, the cable cars, etc and it was just divine! We were just happy to stay there all day. Magnificent view. Loved it. The staff were fabulous, very willing to assist and you can see from their faces that they are very happy to be of service.
