The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests.The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted.Please note that for reservations of more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.The reception operates limited hours, so please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The property is as central as one can get in Fira. The staff was excellent and communication was superb! The property boats amazing views and my room was no exception. Much to my delight, the room was even better than the pictures online. It was spacious, great furnishings, quiet, comfortable, secure and safe. The free breakfast was lovely and filling. Despite it being located on the main walkway in Fira, it's very private once you enter the property and go down the stairs to the guest and reception area. I would definitely come back and recommend this property to anyone.
