Great location, beautiful pool & they make a mean mojito! Rooms were great, with a little courtyard, very clean. Would definitely rebook.

Everything was fantastic, I can’t think of any disadvantages, location was perfect, very close to the city centre and simultaneously in the suburbs so it was not loud, breakfasts were very tasty, staff was extremely nice and helpful, even the owner of this hotel came to us to greet us

The property is located at the beginning of the pedestrian area. The staff are very helpful, I had an issue with my booking but they have solved in 2 minutes without any extra charge.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the bus station. The breakfast is also plentiful, which I’m quite happy with.

Location in Fira - perfect as it was close enough to walk to the main town but out of it enough to not be too busy, and it was also very accessible unlike many other hotels which have many steep steps and hills to reach. Supermarker opposite very ideal. Staff - polite, cleaners very good, manager was present and also provided his number to guests. Rooms - comfortable bed and good air con. Reasonable size. Cleaned well daily. Decent bathroom. Nice patio area. Good mini fridge with small freezer section. Plenty of plug sockets. Pool area - good size pool and very comfortable good quality sunbeds.

excellent...just off front, less than 5 minutes from sunset locations. the hotel is stylish and luxury, the rooms well appointed..lovely linen, comfortable beds. quality shower gels etc Tassimmo coffee machine, jacuzzi hot tub...regularly cleaned. The staff very friendly and professional dealt promptly with requests. met the owner. who greeted us, a very proud owner who obviously loves her hotel...and it shows in all the detail. oh and by the way impressive breakfast...so much choice.

Great location—just a short walk to the stunning caldera views and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk to the excellent new Archeological Museum. Bus station just around the corner; standard 2 Euro charge to travel anywhere on the island, including to the amazing archeological site of Akratiri. Exceptional service by reception staff who were always keen to provide good advice and give appropriate recommendations. Very wide choice of high quality items for buffet breakfast - slightly different every day and always with attentive service by the waiting staff. Two large pools, plenty of sunbeds and pool bar which is an unusual benefit this close to the town centre.
