Great location, overlooking the east coast. We stayed 5 nights earlier in our holiday in a room on the first floor and came back for 2 more nights, this was a different room, down by the poolside. The room has lovely features, clean spacious, tv on wall, good bathroom etc etc. Well light, in fact almost too well lit, as we could not get a low light, when one wanted to sleep and another to carry on reading. Perhaps a small low lit side lamp could be provided. This room had a view of the pool, great for people with children, too low for a view of the sea.

The hotel was located within walking distance to the cliffside with viewpoints of the caldera. Hotel staff were supportive when concerns were raised and applied room service at their request. Excellent value secured on mobile app with Booking.com.

The location of the room was excellent. Very close to the caldera, restaurants and bars but far enough that it was quiet. The view from our room was lovely. The staff were also very polite and friendly.

Great room overlooking the pool with large balcony. Reception staff very helpful. Easy to walk into Fira. Shuttle service to and from the airport and port although this is chargeable

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was fabulous and it was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. Overall, for what we paid, we felt like we got a great deal!

Beautifully renovated rooms, very crisp and elegant decor, beds comfortable, bathrooms excellent, very clean, outside space kept immaculately clean too (pool and surrounding area), padded sunbeds too. Small fridge in room. Safe. Hairdryer. Pod Illy coffee machine. Staff friendly and helpful. Uphill is the way to the caldera (west coast) and the centre of Fira, you have views to the East coast sea...best of both worlds, once you get your bearings....also the bus depot is close by for easy access across the island.

Friendly staff that provided maps and recommendations . Room very clean. Large pool with plenty chairs . Close enough to town centre.
