Amazing. The view, location, hospitality. Reception desk helped with everything including a breakdown of the island which enabled us visit everywhere we wanted to. Will definitely return here if i ever come back to Santorini

The location of the residence is very pleasant. You are ten minutes away from Fira center. In addition, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to rent a scooter and a lady from the reception helped us to reserve the scooter. The next day it was ready on time and we could explore the island. A taxi service can also be arranged on the day of arrival and departure for a fee.

The cordiality of the all staff was amazing: a special mention to the receptionist, Evelyn who gave a real boost to our experience. She was extremely nice and always willing to spend time talking about Greece. Never had such beautiful feeling on holiday! Hotels should always have professional people as in Gianna Suites. The price-quality for an island as Santorini is also quite high!

Few issues with our room but the manager was superb and went above and beyond to assist us and rectify issues. Lovely suites and great location. Fabulous breakfast, just what was needed. Recommend this place. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

It's a nice little cozy and quiet hotel. Breakfast was more than sufficient and good, with freshly cut fruits every morning. Camas the manager and his assistant Eva were polite, friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable room with all the necessary needs. Walkable distance from the bus station and to the centre of Fira. Staffs were helpful and listened to our request.
