We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Royal in Santorini, and I can confidently say it was one of the best group travel experiences I've had. 3 men sharing with the groom also staying for one night can lead some hosts to be a little nervous. However, from the moment we arrived, the host (Pantelia) was incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. She and her family went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, arranging restaurant bookings at some of the best spots in town along with taxi transfers that were not only more affordable than the local ones but, consistently reliable and, with the same friendly driver. The villa itself is amazing. Spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Whether we were relaxing in the comfortable living areas, sunbathing in the lovely back terrace, or cooling off in the fantastic little swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, every moment felt luxurious and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind. There is also a nice front area which is also nice to relax and enjoy a drink (or two). We did have a couple of wedding guests visit during our stay and all commented on how our accommodation was a lot nicer than where they were stayting. The location is ideal as well. Just a one-minute walk away is a well-stocked supermarket, making it easy to grab any essentials. A short five-minute stroll takes you to a stunning line of restaurants overlooking the sea—perfect for enjoying the breathtaking Santorini sunsets. For those looking for a bit of nightlife, it’s only a 5–10-minute walk from the villa to various bars and clubs, giving you easy access to the vibrant local scene without being in the middle of it. Overall, Casa Royal is a fantastic little gem—tucked away in a peaceful spot yet with everything you need right on your doorstep. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t recommend it highly enough.

I stayed at this property with my friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location was great with only a short stroll to town and the port where you can go on a boat cruise. The owners were amazing and were very accommodating, including sorting transport to/from the airport and providing us with some yummy treats for our stay (the fruit was delicious). Being 2 female travellers we felt very safe here and would definitely stay here again.

The hospitality here was second to none, so incredible. The host welcomed us with tips on where to go for food, for sightseeing and provided some food for us in the fridge no extra cost. The place is very clean, contains anything you may need. The pool area is amazing. Very quiet place considering it’s just a 5 min walk from the main square. We honestly loved it here, it’s perfect for first time visitors to Santorini.

The location was fantastic, quiet but next to markets and restaurants. The transportation were as agreed, Pantelia took us throug a great orientation for the the villa and activities around. Car renting, cruise on the sea went as agreed. On top these we got fresh vegetables. Thank You Pantelia, such a great visit in the Villa Vasa Reale.
