Hotel Overview

Astro Palace Hotel & Suites is situated in an idyllic location, only a short walk from Fira and the caldera. It offers a wellness centre, a swimming pool and rooms with unobstructed Aegean Sea views.

Everything was just great: the location (very quiet, just a few minutes walk to the bus station and to the center of Fira), good breakfast, the room (we truly appreciated the upgrade that the hotel offered us) and very kind caring personnel with excellent advice for eating out and things to do (thank you, Hope and Katrina!)

The staff were amazing and always willing to help, they have great recommendations for dinner. The small private pool area was also great for relaxing, we throughly enjoyed it.

All the staff exceeded our expectations with their friendliness and attentiveness. Reception staff were very well informed and greeted us every time we arrived or left the hotel, unless late at night when sometimes nobody was on the reception desk. The bar staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast staff were always smiling and helping us with choices and advising what was available if not part of the buffet.

The property is spacious, modern and fitted with everything you need as a family. The location is great and Stella and her staff are really helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to assist and are fast with responses. Our last night in Athens was in the Dionne apartment on the ground floor.

Fresh, clean and spacious rooms and communal areas. The pools were lovely and the rooms were modern and furnished with the nicest furniture. No shortage of towels and linen. Amazing breakfast choice and freshly prepared. Dinner was delicious and very well presented.

Breakfast was superb. Facilities were superb. Staff were exceptional, from the beautiful ladies at reception to the gentlemen serving food and drinks and in the breakfast room.

The staff were lovely, very polite and incredibly helpful. They let us have our room later as we had a late check out which just makes everything at the end of the stay that much more relaxing and easier to get ready. We were very appreciative of that!

All the staff were superb. Friendly and could not be more helpful. Room and private pool were very comfortble. The main pool area and sunbeds and loungers were of excellent quality. The location for Fira was very convenient. A short 10min walk to the centre with all the restaurants etc.

- Staff were so amazing, even though it was a short stay they made you feel like family, remembering your name and personalising the service. Nothing was too much trouble - Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from - Food served at other times during the day was also very good - Excellent location, 10 minute walk to Fira/Fira bus station Clean and modern room
