The property was perfect, the location was amazing and the view from the terrace is stunning! The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor and is beautiful, although accessed via a ladder we had no issue with this. The view from the bedroom window was exceptional. The apartment was pristine clean.

The location was exceptional. It is the main location people go to take photos. I felt privileged walking into my accomodation whilst everyone was at the front taking photos. The owner was a very nice man. The room was really clean and big. I loved it! The exclusive to the property balcony on top of the accomodation was exceptional views with really comfy couches. My photos are amazing!

Place is really good located, just 5min walk from the main bus station. The apartment is lovely and comfortable. The owner and his wife were exceptionally kind... and the Jacuzzi and the view of the private terrace, i think is one of the best in Fira. We will come back for sure!

Archontiko is a family boutique hotel that has an amazing Caldera view. Bill, the owner & his wife are always willing to assist. They organised our transfers to & from the port, as well as someone to carry our bags to & from the hotel. Our accommodation was cleaned each day. Cheers to you Bill.

We loved our host Mr Vasili, by the end of our stay we felt like we'd known for ever. The views from our balcony and also from the upstairs terrace, were impeccable which not only provided us with the view of the sunset but also the view of Thira at both night & day. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will be definitely returning one day.

Amazing location, arguably the best views in Santorini from the front door step and the roof top terrace. Didn’t feel the need to dine at expensive restaurants for the view as we had it all from our accomodation. The room was clean and bigger than we expected. The bedroom was up a staircase. Good aircon. Would absolutely recommend.
