1. Location is perfect. Only 7 mins walking distance from the bus station and easy to get to the main tourist attractions in Fira. 2. Staff is very friendly. Nick (?) made me coffee and explained where to go by the cafeteria area.

Location, very central and easy access to restaurants, bus stop, shops etc. The staff was extremely accommodating letting us stay until 11.00 pm though usual check out was 11.00 am. Always helpful with our questions and making recommendations. The rooms are cleaned daily and kept clean.

The location is within the city of Fira and close for everything. A walking distance also to the stunning caldera view of the island. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location in the centre of Fira, room serviced daily (or asked if I wanted it) plenty of coffee and sugar provided when I asked too. Always a great place to stay! Always feel safe when I stay here, 24hr reception, good security and friendly faces for a lone traveller.
