We went in the coller off season.The staff were really helpful. The owner helped us with a decent price for the taxi to the airport as the drivers are pretty rough on pricing! Nice and clean. All the facilities you need. A short walk to the main shopping centre.

Beautifully renovated room with seperate bedroom. Pod coffee machine was a bonus. We had a sea view and pool view and the view from the balcony was stunning. Easy walk into town centre of Fira. Room clean and well equipped

My family absolutely adored this luxury hotel! I wish all hotels were like this. The full sea view, hot tub, location and proximity to downtown Fira, spacious rooms and bathroom, and so many luxury details such as quality beds, slippers for each guest, daily cleaning, coffee included, and overall hospitality of the staff made a strong impression. Shout out to the head manager, who dealt with all requests with the absolute highest level of professionalism!

Nice hotel, recently renovated (nothing to do with the old pictures you could see on Tripadvisor) 5 minute walk from Fira centre, thanks to a very handy shortcut 10-15 minute walk from Firostefani Kettle, coffee machine with capsules, fridge and safety box available in the room Small but very appreciated swimming pool at the top floor Bathrooms with showers available at ground floor, handy in case of late checkouts

The situation was perfect, so close to Fira center where you have everything. The best was Ralitsa, the girl that is at the reception, she is very kind and helpfull, helping you with absolutly everything and giving you a lot of reccomendations.

Amerisa Suites was super comfy and we felt right at home there! You are minutes from main strip and all kinds of restaurants and shops. I wish we could have stayed longer. We can definitely recommend this place! The staff was super friendly, responded to all our inquiries, and was very accommodating on late check-out times. This was extremely helpful to us. If we ever come back to Fira, we would definitely stay there again. 5-star rating!!

Perfect location, it is just 6 minutes walk from downtown and from Caldera scenic site. You do't need to take a taxi, you can walk up and admire the beauty of the town. Helpful staff, familiar atmosphere, spotlessness. Highly recommended.
