Excellent location being so close to the heart of Fira but at the same time being away from the chaos. It’s only a 5-minute walk to town and all the shops/restaurants. The bus station is also nearby with convenient links to Oia and all the other towns.

We stayed at Altemar Suites for 10 days so we really got to make use of all facilities. We really liked having a hot tub as we were visiting in August and it was very hot. This was perfect to have a little cool down after a day of activities before going for dinner. Alternatively there is also a normal pool but we didn’t use that one. The location was also great as it’s close to lots of restaurants and cafes but it’s still a quiet location.

The suites were immaculate, spacious and modern. Dimitri the host was amazing at helping with anything we needed, and the private hot tub on the balcony and communal pool area provided a most relaxing stay. Cannot say enough good things about this property, a must stay in Santorini!

The quiet location, the view of the sun rise from the bedroom in the morning. The hot tub was excellent albeit a bit cool at 32 degrees.
