I recommend choosing a room with a town view as it is beautiful to wake up with such a wonderful view and enjoy a balcony. The hotel is beautiful and has an authentic atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and nice. We liked dinners, you can choose between 3 options and every day there are 2 soups a dessert and many vegetables for side salads, some cheese and other options. Drinks are not included in the price, of course. Bus stops in front of a hotel, however, we were there in February and buses seemed to be always full so we used car instead. Parkings in the ski areas are huge, so no problem with that. The hotel has its own charger for electric cars.

Perfect place, nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Very good food. Good quality sauna with resting area (view on the mountains). Close to skiing slopes.

Breakfast was very nice, although maybe a few more choices could be added. Dinners are very good, we made the mistake of eating out in restaurants the first few days. The hotel dinner is great and in hind site there is no need to dine out, with such a great place in the hotel. Dinner for kids was included in our price so the pricing was good. Spa was very nice, ski rooms are great. Bedrooms were fine, we had an amazing view from the terrace. The children's game room was also great for children to play in the afternoons. Parking was easy. Location is very good for the ski lifts.

Our skiing was also great because of the accommodation in this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, cleanliness in the premises and the room at a high level, very nice and helpful staff. We will definitely come back :)

The staff was friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is both kid- and dog-friendly, with plenty of parking available. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel that provides easy access to the nearby ski lifts and the glacier. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied, offering options to suit every taste. I highly recommend the Suite with Balcony for its spacious balcony, offering stunning views of the valley, as well as the impressive 75-inch TV.

Everything. We also made 2 different reservations which they allowed us to merge, which enabled us not to have to check out/check in again and also managed to keep the same room.

This was absolutely fabulous: the level of attention paid to details, the comfort, the personnel, the foooood, the view…everything was absolutely at superlative.
