The location was very central. Clean, everything we needed for a comfortable stay and wonderful friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was nicely presented, tasted just as good as it looked, served with a smile.

Breakfast was excellent as always, can't think of anything they didn't think of. Dining room is cosy and welcoming.

The location is perfect for a visit to the beach at Riley or days out in the surrounding area. The hosts are very friendly and have lots of tips, like the best pubfood in town. There is a breakfast menu, a tasty cooked breakfast and the hosts remember your preferences. The room is very comfortable, even when I had to walk up the long stairs for it.

Breakfast was lovely. Cooked to perfection and really hot. So easy to get into Filey and close to transport links if you wanted to visit elsewhere.

Graham & Julia gave us a warm welcome & insisted on carrying our luggage up to our room (top floor) the room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Will definitely stay again 😊
