Offering 200 acres of grounds, a swimming pool and elegant accommodation with wood-beamed ceilings, Hotel Podere Conti is a 17th century-stone farmhouse overlooking the Apennines.
Hotel Podere Conti is a working farmhouse located in Tuscany's Lunigiana area, part of Tuscany- Emilia Apennines National Park. All rooms and apartments have balconies with panoramic views of the surrounding green hills.
With a choice of both rooms and apartments, accommodation here is extra-large and comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, kettle and a private bathroom. Apartments also have a fully equipped kitchenette.
Guests can enjoy local Tuscan specialities at the restaurant, which also serves a large buffet breakfast. You will also find a games room and children's playground.
Hotel Podere Conti Agriturismo is easily reached from the A15 motorway and is 30 minutes drive from La Spezia and the Cinque Terre on the coast of Liguria.

Perfection! Great vibes, beatiful garden and swimming pool. Room was big and breezy with a beatiful bathroom. They do a lot of weddings and we can see why. It is family owned (british/italian) and there is great attention to detail. The restaurant serves modern dishes that are inspired by local dishes. Surroundings are great for walks and outdoor activities.

The food was incredible, the setting is to die for the the owner Cornelia and her sons and wider team and so wonderful they made me feel so welcome as a solo traveler after a wedding stay.
