Reception staff is absolutely wonderful! I did a 3 days business trip and on the last day I had to take early breakfast and the host went out of his way to make sure I had all I needed 30 minutes earlier than usual breakfast time. Not to mention how he's always available to help on any occasion! The place is nest and well-organised, excellent for its price.

Hotel aviz is the place to be if you want to rest and have s wonderful holiday. It's very central, close to the beach and the staff are a lesson of how to treat customers. Always with a smile, very helpful and cheering. Great wifi and breakfast included plus the views from the top are amazing. I totally recommend the hotel.

The hotel is situated very close to the beach, the hosts are lovely and welcoming, there is a nice terrace for all guests to use, the breakfasts are served nicely and efficiently, the room cleaning is arranged efficiently; the room is well furnished, a bit too small for one big and one small beds, but otherwise everything was in order.

The hotel is small and beautifully presented. Everywhere that we saw was very well looked after. It was a fabulous location if you’ve come for the beach, just a couple of minutes walk to the Esplanade and equally convenient for restaurants. A very warm welcome from the owners/staff who speak English and German, and helped us make the most of our brief stay.

I like everything about this hotel, from the minute I arrived until I left two days later, the experience all over was very good. The friendly host, great sense of humor, helpful and always available at the front desk. The room has a friendly cosy atmosphere and vibe, also clean and bed comfortable. Small bathroom but everything you need. The location also very central and close to beach and good restaurants.
