Apartment Overview

Dating back to the 18th century, Podere Mezzastrada is set on a hill in the Chianti wine area 1 km outside Fiano. Surrounded by vineyards, it offers Tuscan-style apartments, each with a patio and BBQ.
Podere Mezzastrada is composed of 4 different buildings, all set in gardens. The swimming pool has plenty of sun loungers and parasols and has panoramic views of San Gimignano and Certaldo.

The location of the house was perfect for exploring Tuscany, as it was close to nearby villages and towns. Every time we needed something, the service was impeccable, with quick responses to our requests. The amenities of the house were also excellent, covering all our needs and making our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.

The children enjoyed the pool the most. The place was quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff who were responsive to requests.

Apartments are set in a beautiful complex surrounded by cypress trees and a beautiful quiet and peaceful natural setting. Swimming pool was clean and had a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills. Apartment was well equipped, it had everything you might need to cook and prepare meals. The staff were very accommodating and flexible, even allowing a slightly later checkout. Highly recommended.

We loved this place! Apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to relax by the pool, away from the hustle and bustle, and a good "base" for a trip to the countless Tuscan attractions. If you are looking for peace and beautiful atmosphere, this place located among the hills covered with vineyards is perfect.

Such a gorgeous authentic, Italian countryside accomodation. Great facilities, we were able to cook at home which was a nice break from the restaurants. Laundry facilities were also great as was the pool.

Great place to stay with beautiful views of the countryside. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the area. The pool was really nice in a great location. It was very suitable for a family stay. Would highly recommend as a place to stay.
