The riad was very beautiful, the rooms were a good size and very clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The views from the terrace are amazing. It was such a peaceful place to sit and read. Breakfast was also served there, which was a wonderful experience. Food was also available during the day and evening, which we ate in the main hall, a truly beautiful setting. We were met by the host at the main gate, and he walked us to the riad, which was very helpful as otherwise we would never have found it. The location was perfect, right in the center of the medina.

The location was amazing, right in the Medina but down an alley so it was still quiet at night. The staff were fantastic, especially Ilyass who made us an early morning breakfast twice to takeaway and even walked us out to our taxi at 4.30am. The rooftop terrace where breakfast was served was also a highlight. The rooms were stunning, comfortable and spacious.

This hotel is in a great location for the the Fes Medinah in an alley off one of the main 'roads' near the blue gate. The building is very attractive inside, the host was friendly, and the roof terrace for breakfast was excellent. My room was very large and comfortable.

It's a beautiful clean Riad in a good location. The staff were helpful and gracious with their assistance. Our rooms was spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

This Riad is very beautiful starting from the room to the toilet and the common parts. The bathroom was very big and clean. The area is central and close to the blue gate which is good to take a taxi or park the car in the close by parking spot.

A good location in the medina near to the Blue Gate. Beautiful decor and comfortable facilities, including a lovely rooftop. Staff were very helpful, providing a whatsapp # to contact them for any queries/requests. Breakfast is included and tasty, and they even provided a packed breakfast when we left very early for a tour.

Such friendly staff, made to feel at home the minute we stepped through the door. Lovely breakfast up on the roof terrace to set you up for the day. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Soultana. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with mint-tea by Hamid, who went above and beyond to make sure our visit was comfortable and enjoyable. The riad itself was beautifully maintained, with clean, cozy rooms and all the amenities we could ask for. What truly set this experience apart was the personal touch and attention to detail provided by Hamid. He was always available to answer our questions, give great local recommendations, and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a friendly and attentive host! We would highly recommend Riad Soultana to anyone visiting Fes, and we’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in the city.
